Unlike top-scoring strollers, the Roo+ doesn't have a self-standing fold or cup holders. two in one pram is a minor sacrifice to make for its car seat compatibility and storage features however we'd like a little more versatility from our strollers. Its flexibility in seating configuration is a nice feature, however, as it allows parents to mount their children's infant car seats in opposite directions or in the same direction to better suit their needs.
5. Delta Children LX Side-by-Side
Delta Children LX Side by Side scored highly for its weight and fold size. It is the best value double umbrella stroller in our review. It also scores highly for its maneuverability, which is a key aspect for parents looking for a travel pram that will fit in tight spaces. The Delta is a basic product that lacks some features that other strollers we tested include, such as the deep recline and large storage baskets. It is a great option for families on a tight budget or for those who only require a second stroller for occasional use, like for trips to the Zoo.
The LX Side-by-Side is a light and compact stroller. It is simple to turn and push. Its compact frame, swivel wheels at the front and padded shoulder pads make for smooth riding. The multi-position reclining seat and parent cup holders allow for a comfortable ride for passengers.

The Delta was constructed in less than three minutes, the quickest time of all test groups. The manual is not very good and the assembly does not require tools.
